in the midst of planning - preparing something for next year, im just glad the Tampal Rumah Proggramme is going well. What makes it nicer now - future candidate will receive a house and now it come equipped with solar lights and with an awesome sanitation facilities. Leonard “Bones” McCoy, writer Simon Pegg and Justin Lim made Star Trek looks and feels like Star Wars should have...which is a good story and FUN!!! It's priceless when the Beastie Boys Sabotage blows everything away. Simon Pegg did a brilliant job for not making it too Trekky - expanding and enriching the characters ( for years Star Trek is considered a more intellectual/sombre elder brother to Star Wars due to it's long winded narrative - talky set-pieces ( plus they are space scumbag colonialists - exploring uncharted hidden places and eventually place it under the Federation ). Bones stole the whole show as he is a doctor and couldnt care less except the health level of the crews. His acute observation skills and grounded comments add humor - anchoring us in this narrative. Oh yes - i was looking out for the lovable Keenser too. I simply wish that Star Wars should follow what Star Trek is going - giving us fun and adventure. Even though the original timeline

Q - what you can consider a best story? A - a best story must be close to your heart and how you present it to others.  Ok i need to write this down, i literally laughing while im driving from KL to USJ. Something happened. I think it's brilliant. Lets start. We have two characters -lets say Mr K and Mr J. Mr K was appointed as a curator by a gallery and he was assigned to handle and manage Mr J's upcoming solo exhibition. Apparently the gallery cant contact Mr. K and they contact Mr J as the exhibition date getting nearer ( macam biasa - panic ler ) to ask where is Mr K. Mr J also tried calling him but he didnt pick up the phone.  Mr K is missing in action. rather finding an angle how to frame the upcoming exhibition or busting his head to find an angle for his write up for the exhibition catalogue - you know what....Mr K was missing as he got himself a second wife. ( i burst out laughing when they told me this ) call me insensitive - but im laughing stil

I wonder whose dog got killed this time?    Its interesting see filmmakers occasionally serving us this, simple plot - making me follow till the end as i need to know the outcome, as Taken surprisingly goes huge ( i secretly gleefully rejoice seeing Liam Neeson  bashing people up like a tennis ball as they kidnapped his daughter ) - but it gets real tiresome when they decide to make a sequel. Hope they dont screw this. Lovely seeing Morpheus and Neo back again.

The studio should learn how to say NO. Even though i rejoice Paul Greengrass and Matt Damon teaming up together to make another Bourne - seriously its simply a let down. This note is originally written in Oct 2010 - revised in Oct 2016. There are two types of people. We have two people who dig or hate Sci Fi. I don’t blame them as the type who hates it will tell us that it’s confusing. They prefer a straightforward movie where the hero can destroy the whole building to save the day or simply “sparkle”. If we look closer on the issues of sci-fi, all of them deals with the issues of  finding oneself and deals on subjective issues of identity. Every film will introduce us with the hero. Im not a horror fan -but James Wan's The Conjuring and the sequel is brilliant, the set-ups are intelligent and having people screamed behind you in the cinema does make me jump out from the seat.
