Mental Health
Back in 2013,Malaysia Health Ministry's findings warned that by the year
2020, ( that's another 4 more years ) - 10% of Malaysians will be affected by mental illness. A poll on
National Health and Morbidity 2011 which indicate that 12% of Malaysians
already suffer from some form of "psychological morbidity". So at least
1 in 10 Malaysians will face some kind of mental ailment in their
lifetime.
No wonder that tons of orang sewel/gila bersepah in Facebook. The word "gila" is associated with people who are mental. Anyway - there are tons of "gila" type too that cant be classified under the medical terms such as
