Jargon and Helicpter

Image
Lets talk about helicopter, there is one Datuk landed his helicopter to grab 36 packs of Nasi Ganja in Ipoh. The Jargon Netizens labelled him "Mat Jargon". Fond of using incomprehensible sentences and unashamed projected himself as an "intellectual" - ultimately he became a joke. Forget reading and understand his comments, might as well you go and read any Noam Chomsky's book.  While Malaysians waited KWSP's approval, another emergency news announced ( no more election ) as Covid cases still hovering at 3 to 4 digit numbers, Mat Jargon appeared from nowhere and brought and idea on how to boost our national economy. First and foremost he is not an economist. Our backdoor Minister letting us to bail out our own savings to save our ass with EPF withdrawal. ( Trust me, soon the KWSP CEO will complaint that Malaysians will not have enough money to save themselves rather than finding ways to beef up the drying coffers. )  so BFM invited Jargon - who is a Deputy

Printing Money

The root of any monetary collapse comes from a lack of faith in the stability or usefulness of money to serve as an effective store of value or medium of exchange.    The moment people stop believing that a currency is useful, that currency is in trouble. This can be brought about through improper valuations or pegging, chronic low growth, or inflation .  now - alot of people doesnt realize that economists like to project an idealistic inflation rates. Its completely bullshit - same goes with your yearly salary increment. If your management approves 5%, the market will go to 7%.  Money will never be enough. That is why people will always chasing for money. Not the other way around.  In 1998 - Tun pegged the MYR against USD from at MYR3.80 to MYR4.40. During the Asean Economic Crisis, Ringgit fall like any villains in any Mission Impossible films. The World Bank acknowledged this ballsy move after 10 years.   If Tun didnt do this, we became Zimbabwe long long time ago.    Yesterday the

something is consistent about this country, we are surrounded with "award" winners.  A retired general Mejar (B) Mohammad Qayyum A. Badaruddin who wrote another 154 motivational books and articles.  154. that is impressive right?   someone pointed out one of his books entitled Dekad Membaca consists of several direct translation from various unaccredited internet articles. The publisher happened to be his company too and won a local award.  when its translated directly - all the grammar, vocabs flew out from the window. Readers who bought this book motivated to point out this crap in their Twitter feed. All contents in this and other books published lifted directly from the the Internet. Penerbit Prolifik 2019 ( Prolific Publisher 2019 ) awarded by Yayasan Pembangunan Buku Negara (YPBN) which they apologized for over"seeing" this crap. You can purchase this apology at MYR25.

Disney - the pop culture monster turned bigger when they purchased Marvel and Lucasfilm. Bear in fact that their animation back-end catalogue is wide and huge, all their animations now is turned unto live animation films. Goodness with their theme parks throughout the world, let us not forget they have Pixar in their other pocket.  This is a studio where they got billions of bucks when they released a movie about a theme park involving a character named Jack Sparrow. The Pirates of Caribbean turned to a smash hit, turning Johnny Depp unto a cultural icon, before Amber Heard slapped and abused him.  Their IP's - contents filled with constant reissued romanticism no doubt will continue to make their presence ever relevant to every generation of human being until to the next century.  Superhero films was a big joke in the early 90's before Sam Raimi and Bryan Singer came unto picture. Always in the backburner in Hollywood, then came two individuals in the form of Kevin Feige and J

Put 3 natural gearheads – who happened to be friends   set them up with funny challenges, let the camera roll, record their endless banter on everything.  But make sure the narratives lead the audience entertained and know about something about cars. People want to see exotic cars – check People want to see different locations – check People want to see ridiculous things – check  All these is in Top Gear Top Gear producers seriously did tons of homework and strived to present us ( me ) wonderful episodes of these trio, especially their specials where they head to Southeast Asia region, to Russia, to the ice. Last but not least they turned themselves as not so successful sailors. Each episodes designed and set up with polished editing skills and of coz beautiful complementing soundtrack – god knows how long their planning, their shooting duration and those unused footages. Clarkson’s banter with May and Hammond – clearly showed their solid friendship and comradery. What I lov
