An Unneccesary Bourne

The studio should learn how to say NO. Even though i rejoice Paul Greengrass and Matt Damon teaming up together to make another Bourne - seriously its simply a let down. Nicki go find him to tell Jason the truth about his dad ( got killed - Jason go hunt the CIA Director - again we see him got chased by lousy CIA officers ( reminds me of the lousy stormtroopers ) and have Alicia Vikander to persuade Jason back in the fold?

What?

The reason i dig the Bourne Trilogy as they gave us a tight engaging narrative, composed and expanded well enough unto a trilogy - giving us a satisfying closure, love it when Jason slowly swimming away in the credits of Ultimatum. His quest and search for answers requires him to go through so many stuffs - therefore some major ass kicking and driving skills required too. 

My mind can still recall the intense fight with Desh in Istanbul and the claustrophobic Moscow car scene is unforgettable, get all the cameras in the tight space and yet doesnt make me want to throw up - plus who can forget Jason's pen versus knife in his debut. 

Who wants to try his a magazine slap.

 



Because of this wonderful narrative - again the magazine bitch slapping antics - making others especially Bond to reboot their lingo. But in Jason Bourne, we are offered nothing new except a bigger budget SWAT demolishing 170+ cars in Vegas,unnecessary butt kicking and lots of Tommy Lee Jones wrinkles and him going all emo in the first 10 minutes bashing jobless guys for fun.

Forget the 2012 Bourne Legacy too ( i watched it due to ever hot - attractive Rachel Weisz )

The Final Lesson by Syed Ahmad Jamal

Intro This is will be a long note - edited again thoroughly. Before i begin, this writing will touch on an individual goes by the name of  Syed Ahmad Jamal ( our National Laureate ) who passed away on 2011 and DBKL - stands for Kuala Lumpur Municipal Council. My heart dropped when Syed Ahmad Jamal public sculpture entitled Puncak Purnama ( Lunar Peaks, 1986 ) was destroyed by the local KL municipal council DBKL few days back. DBKL stands for Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur - actually is quite notorious for a list of bad PR moves by cutting off trees, blocking the Pertiwi Soup Kitchen ( which been feeding the homeless ), their zealous traffic summons - but seriously they broke the camel's back by destroying the modernist, geometrical - clean cut sculpture. The Battle of Non Permission This sculpture was highlighted in  2010 as "someone" decided to pimp it up, changing it's appearance without Syed Ahmad Jamal's permission.This is how it looks like......
