Leaders will take initiatives and strategy to ensure their country is protected.  1998 -  Mahathir pegged the ringgit at 3.8 to the dollar, blaming speculators for attacks on Asian currencies that cast the region in crisis. The peg lasted until 2005, and was widely credited with protecting Malaysia from the Asian economic crisis and the speculators.   2022 - Putin’s enforce ONLY ruble payments for his energy products. Namely oil and gas. He issued a decree on March 5, which allowed Russia to pay creditors from “unfriendly countries” using rubles instead of US dollars, Euros or Pound.   Then he linked ruble to gold at 5,000 rubles per gram. By pegging the currency to gold, strengthen the ruble with a gold standard. Meaning he has set a floor price for the ruble in terms of the U.S. dollar since gold trades in U.S. dollar.    Gold traded at about US$62 per gram, it translates to (5,000/62) about 80.6 rubles per dollar. By demanding that buyers of Russian ga...

Woke (/ˈwoʊk/ WOHK) is a term, originating in the United States, that originally referred to awareness about racial prejudice and discrimination. It subsequently came to encompass an awareness of other issues of social inequality, for instance regarding gender and sexual orientation. honestly speaking - i dont give a crap if you are les or gay , an android or whatever you want to call yourself. unfortunately this woke culture literally stamped their ugly feet in everything - creeping unto the endless vault of pop cultures, rebooting it mindlessly just to milk more cash. Capitalism will hunt endless potential and proceeded at full speed and might in owning it. its interesting to observe that capitalism hide behind in every cultural movement. Just like ESG and Equality, it turned into a battle cry to every social activist reformer. Feminists forgot that we grew up with a steely determination of Sarah Connor and Ripley ( who happened to be written by a man ) - which carry heavi...

53 suicide case reported in Penang while total suicide case in the country increased to 20% and one of the main reason is unable to pay off their debts.  cut to bank report mentioned that they are profitable by getting billions of ringgit for the first 3 months of 2021.  cut to moneylenders rebranded and able to offer cash termed as "community credit" . Interest rates starts at 12% without any deposit while the ones unable to guarantee anything will be charged 18%. cut to people will not die from the covid 19 but many will due to interests accumulated from legal financial bastards. Hope this useless system will crumble and the virus will mow this system to the ground and making it irrelevant. https://theobservatoryanderson78.blogspot.com/2020/05/invisible-mechanism.html   https://theobservatoryanderson78.blogspot.com/2017/05/paper-concept.html     reap what you sow in hell

i have to admit creative process requires a long time, constant revisions and adaptations. Ever since the Covid pandemic strike the country, we are forced to stay at home. No more traveling outward, but inward. I took some time to finish something that is bothering me for quite some time...........which is completing and building several key stuffs to exorcise the 80's child in me.  I called it Project Happiness. The project which will exorcise the repressed child in me.  So why not - just do it, after tinkering it in my mind. True enough, as several of my builds dismantled ( as the design doesn't last or complement the strong ones ), or simply not having enough bricks. Yes indeed - i can be critical too of my collection.  So its back to sleepless nights, pieces dismantled edited to fulfill the curves or strengthen the ones i need in my cabinet.  Hollywood gave us lots of memorable films for me to cherish, accompany me to the boring journey to adulthood by offering t...

It’s a methodical process to develop an idea unto something concrete. When you guys knows the exact reasoning behind every artwork you produce, you able to present it better, objective and efficient. Lots of artists ( trust me ) doesn’t know how to explain their works, let alone write about it.  The difference between you and other "artist" is that you guys spend 3 years formal study on art. That is why - kindly by all means dont focus too much on comments posted in the social media as there are big difference between comment and judgment .  The internet gave license to everyone to post comments therefore it hard to differentiate what is constructive and judgmental comments.  Now this is important - AVOID the words such as "I THINK" "MAYBE" or "I FEEL" in your essays. Academic writing is concise, specific and supported by your research, literature review ( your reading materials and notes ) and reference.          ...
