Of Objects and Productions

Case studies on opportunistic capitalism social anthropology.

A) Open a factory, then hire the workers, pay them cheaply and you get the products.

B) Go to poor villages, hire them to weave a mat so you can sell them as an artwork, dont forget to pepper it with some abstract repetitive patterns in it ( to make it look exotic ) so you can highlight subjective issues such as colonialism and identity issues.

Exhibit it.

people will try to familiarize their struggles by sipping champagne, while biting off snacks prepared by chef of the day, yes the catalogues are heavy, glossy and binded beautifully.

oh the struggles....the pity and empathy

No matter what it is - the poor will continue to be poor and subjected to various exploitation and representations.
