 have you been in a scenario, where you do all the hard work for years, then a group of nobody all of sudden and appear - hogging the credits ( worst taking/claiming/taking ) few percent ( which is only 25% ) of your hard work from you. 

as an act of protest of this unscrupulous opportunistic company, farmers decided to do a Chainsaw Massacre Act.

 

Im not a big fan of durian, the thorny ( King of Fruits ) - where i ban this fruit from entering my car. Its delicious, creamy and i personally witness few people can eat tons. But this post is not about durian, its something close to my heart - which is dealing with self righteous, ignorant mofos. 

an established company all of sudden lay claim to all areas and acres of the plantation. They claimed the durian plantation is illegal. Now in order to legalize this - all the plantation need to pay percentage and whatever related crap shit. 

what a dumb joke.

Imagine, with cleared land, smooth roads paved, irrigation designed and applied accordingly and now, we simply wait for the trees to drop durian. 

with price skyrocketed due to demands from China, the investments are way better than any stupid capitalist traditional banks.

It takes a Durian tree from seed begin to bear fruit at least 8-10 years ( if you are lucky ). Grafted trees begin to produce at 4-6 years. Musang King at least 4 - 5 years. It takes about 110-120 days from flowering to harvest. 

The main fruiting season in Malaysia is from May to August with a minor season from December to February. 

Imagine your hard work  which includes


1. burning and clearing the land
2. making sure the trees/soil is healthy
3. jaga beruk and tupai ( and more beruk )
4. promotion to local market, dealing with associations and what not.
5. selling.
6. monthly rental, labour and equipment cost ( hidden with includes pesticide, stormy weather which blows the durian flowers )


all of sudden, all your hardwork for the past 20-30 years is gone. This so called company appeared like Aladdin - taking it away and set a percentage to your hardwork.
 

Even Pablo Escobar didnt do this la woi....

p/s - to all individuals who happens to be opportunistic motherfuckers, laying and claiming credit of someone's hardwork, i have only two words for you - FUCK YOU. Earn your living!!!

The Final Lesson by Syed Ahmad Jamal

Intro This is will be a long note - edited again thoroughly. Before i begin, this writing will touch on an individual goes by the name of  Syed Ahmad Jamal ( our National Laureate ) who passed away on 2011 and DBKL - stands for Kuala Lumpur Municipal Council. My heart dropped when Syed Ahmad Jamal public sculpture entitled Puncak Purnama ( Lunar Peaks, 1986 ) was destroyed by the local KL municipal council DBKL few days back. DBKL stands for Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur - actually is quite notorious for a list of bad PR moves by cutting off trees, blocking the Pertiwi Soup Kitchen ( which been feeding the homeless ), their zealous traffic summons - but seriously they broke the camel's back by destroying the modernist, geometrical - clean cut sculpture. The Battle of Non Permission This sculpture was highlighted in  2010 as "someone" decided to pimp it up, changing it's appearance without Syed Ahmad Jamal's permission.This is how it looks like......
