Bloomberg in a recent report revealed some of Mahathir's habits on how he has been maintaining a healthy lifestyle. According to Tun Mahathir, he routine includes waking up everyday at 6.30, walking, pumping iron, cycling, and horse riding. Mahathir is also apparently a firm believer in mental exercises as he said, "Read and write. Exercise your brain."
