Back to Back Screening

Interesting to know my films will be screened back to back.....

August premiered back in Rekarya International Video Festival, Indonesia in 2024, then went back for selected screening in Soka Gakai Peace Centre, Penang, 2025 and yes of course in Hiroshima, Japan.

So in the spirit and supporting the local film scene, August will make its appearance in Taiping this year. 

I joined in due to Cikgu Shannon. The National Laureate (our local enfant terrible), Amir invited artists to see how we can come out with ideas based on Shannon's novel Terdedah. Premiered in Georgetown Lit Festival in 2025, will screen in town on 19th June. 

Finally TOK will premier in Sabah. We went back further in time, distilling the essence of survival, feminity and origin. An extension and prequel of H3RO. 

Again will go further and wider release this time.
