Of Tigers and Olympics

In the 1950s, Malaysia was estimated to have around 3000 tigers. However, loss of habitat due to rapid development and agriculture expansion, our majestic feline subspecies now is critically endangered,  fewer than 150 believed to be left in the wild.

Our national squad ( Harimau Malaya ) used them as symbols, notably we see that both ( the athlete's and the tigers itself ) strategically losing the fiery aggressive nature, tooth, numbers, appearances and most importantly their performance in the field.

Just like our recent unveiling of the latest attires for the Olympic contingents. Heck even the mannequins gave up.

As usual the govt of the day decides to re-design the outfit, seriously it doesnt matter as the new design is simply...anonymous...

just when this issue is settled, the Olympic team unveiled new outfits for the opening ceremony.

it looks like attending a wedding ceremony.....anyway not to prolong this issue we are lucky to have a tiger that well, alive, menacing, calculating and will jump on any victims on time below...
