Knowing Your Own Worth

at times, you simply have to step back, reflect and simply take a decision. Its just way too bad when an organization built and designed to serve the deserving poor, not forgetting that it's ( funded ) by people's money is handled miserably. 

Its a huge responsibility when you are running an entity fueled by public trust and money. 

When the operation and direction trying to prove more than it's worth, they are now in a bloody ambitious mess ( not forgetting that costs of running it turning bigger coupled with hiring and employment of the right talents ).

What is the need to open more state chapters when when you dont serve your main objectives.

Is there a steady list of justifications for these? 

Its very annoying when "people" simply don't know how and practice the concept of simplicity. Sure again, people will say that its established for almost 10 - 15 years ago, mind you - but being older doesnt mean anything. 

You simply have to earn it.

The organization is supported with like-minded people, but when you think that this belongs to you solely, doesn't acknowledge any credits to the ones helping you all these years, then you have my ultra epic FUCK YOU from me.  

Interestingly enough seeing you put so much effort to make your room comfortable while taking full advantage from the ones who hire. 

The last straw that broke the camel's back is when you simply are not prepared, frustrated when you cant even handle a simple decision making process and most importantly owning and settling it. What is the point of hiring a staff and you dont know what to do with them? Worst, putting them unto a corner and ignoring them.

When you cant handle the mess, you simply choose and pretend by not acknowledging it. 

The universe is objective enough to show this painful truth one fine day. 

By all means, just drop your silly President and Founder title. Its amazing seeing all these over-rated individuals are filling every space available in our short lives which contribute nonsense. There will be a time, where i will unleash all of these frustrations inside.

The world has enough.
