when everyone stopped spending, business and banks are scrambling to find ingenious ways for people to part their cash to consume or buy something. People found out that buying something is somewhat therapeutic.Well of course, everyone is forced to be in their house for almost 1 and half months ( 6 weeks ) in the staggered 4 phases of the MCO Covid.

Plus Raya is coming. People want to get new clothes, cookies and whatever they could get their hands on. People getting restless. How to make sure restless people have something to do....create something for them to focus upon. Create something so they can spend time bickering......

Initially people thought, wow....i dont need to pay for the next 6 months.

People cant think properly as they just finished doing panic buying.....taking away all the bread, eggs they need for 1 thousand years.

so, people start to think....hey The money i have can be put aside to use for something. 

Interest will continue to run.

Postponing the payment for half a year at least can help those who are self employed, business owners to kick start something, at least to get the ball running. At least its something. Sure the interests kept piling....but hey, it will save people from headaches and constant worrying.

securing a damn project, convincing clients - chasing future prospects requires time...and time equals money. Even the ones who lost their jobs need time to find a new one.

so a 6 months postponing from paying something is at least something.

it able to give people some space to...............breathe.

Money is not a problem, its the way how we manage it can be the real problem. 

People naturally will find any excuses of not paying their debts.

People like to spend.......

Few took a century to repay back their student loans.

with most of the local banks here are either owned by GLC, so the government need money to run the country. The government in the other hand, in order to do some panic control, they came up various ways of "help" by giving away panic allowances with the citizen's money.

Brilliant right? Lets help them by using their money.

With business shut down, business owners unable to operate and voila...no business - no tax...the coffers soon will be smaller for the government to run the country....so they decided that people can come out on May 4th after we co-operated with MOH battling COVID for 6 weeks.
