2019 is a pretty interesting year for me. Endless traveling does take a huge toll on me. But i manage to meet up with few brilliant entrepreneur talented individuals in the form of Kak Zaiton, her daughter Malin Faisal and Abang Rahim.
Its interesting to know that they dabbled in world of puppetry. Think of Sesame Street. At first we initially wanted to design an interesting narrative featuring puppets but i got to know that Kak Zaiton is one of the celebrated experts offering advice to various organizations in the field of classical Malaysian songs such as Dodoi and Syair ( poetry )
A new character was build specifically for this project, a furry fluffy cat names Uteh ( white ).
Syair, Dodoi and other classical tunes they recorded have interesting, strong lyrics. Most of them are not preachy, designed to impart sage advises on how to be a good person and what is best that these are taught in schools.
So what is the best way to combine all of their resources. We decided to mix them and the results is pretty amazing.
