apparently in one of the university in my country, there is a lab focusing on how to catch "ghosts".

A group of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) researchers have recently revealed their plan to build a laboratory specifically to study the presence of supernatural beings commonly associated with incidents of “possessions”.
The idea was hatched by Assoc Prof Dr Yohan Kurniawan, Dr Alexander Stark and Dr Burhan Che Daud following success in studying spirit familiars through several methods based on “socio-culture, psychology and science”.
Yohan, Stark and Burhan had studied 10 “patients” aged between 21 and 80 who claimed to have owned spirit familiars through a “concession” made between their families and the supernatural.
so no proton pack and whatever fancy gadget powered by stolen nuclear.
Its so ironic that we know in The Ghostbusters, three scientist ( Dr Egon, Peter and Ray ) were fired from their university due to lack of funding.
