Today - An individual, 63-year old Tengku Muhamad Jalil Md Nor, claimed to have ascended the "throne" on Oct 23 at Kuala Linggi, on the border between Melaka and Negri Sembilan. He now "claims" the title "Sultan Mansor Shah III"

Nov 2005, a 48-year-old Noor Jan Tuah, proclaimed himself the Sultan of Malacca at a so-called investiture ceremony, complete with yellow clothing, in Taman Melati in Gombak.He claimed that he had regalia such as two keris, a silver buckle, a royal crown and brooches from ancient Malacca which had been "supposedly" "authenticated" by the Museum and Antiquities Department.

In 2014, an Indonesian lady named Bonda Ratu Kuasa Alam Tan Sri Sharifah Norlaini Kesemua Dinegeret appeared from "nowhere" claiming that she has "magical powers" to revive the Melaka sultanate. She also threatened to unleash "calamities" on the state if her husband was not recognised as the "true successor" to the throne. 

I guess Tengku Muhammad Jalil, Nor Jan Tuah or Bonda Ratu Alam looks like this.
