The Rendang Debate

so a Masterchef participant got booted out as she cooked Rendang. The judges found out that the chicken skin is not crispy........the problem is Rendang doesnt need to have crispy chicken skin. If he wants crispy, then by all means head to KFC.

Imagine these juries/chefs said that caviar supposed to be fried. See what happens. What if this idiot say Satay supposed to be medium rare or raw?


Well i hope future participants in this reality cook show will feature our excellent budu, tempoyak, sambal belacan and cencalok. Lets see how these classical trained French chef/jury react. Lets see how post - postmodern you guys can be.

Experiencing food is all about opening and experiencing your worldview, if we can learn how to spell, pronounce, learn and appreciate French cuisine....then all of the world deserves a chance right?
