What if?

what would happened if 85% of Malaysians decided to not come out from their houses and refuse to vote? It seems the word CHANGE doesnt carry meaning here, it's merely CONCEPTUAL.

Seriously i have to admit, i had enough seeing/reading/contemplating all these rubbish, reports of public fund abuse/wastage, this and that.
