i took a complete break from everything - yes that includes leaving my mind behind. While resting in Melaka, my eldest brother gave me Preacher and Narcos to binge upon. While Narcos expanded to the Cali Cartel, its finale lacks a solid punch.
Preacher - in the first season, its pretty bloated, inconsistent and messy ( cant blame them as they need to start somewhere, have so much to tell to audiences - there are notable inventive scenes especially with Deblanc and Fiore battling with The Seraphim )
With only 10 episodes for season 1, they got an extra 3 episodes for season two.
In season 2 - there are ups and downs, they should just trim down Tulip's traumatic breakdown and those Eugene/Hitler Hell scenario, Jesse looking for the gun number -it just drags the momentum....The highlights in season 2 is Herr Starr.
My stomach hurts like hell everytime.
Its gold. Pure gold. Seth Rogen and company ( had so much fun ) pushing the lines, going above those speed limits and rips off those envelopes with Preacher. I suggest that people who are sensitive - just stay away from this. After all, AMC is synonymous with glorified blood, gore and zombies and Heisenberg.

My eldest bro and me were a big fan of the graphic novels - pure crass humor, extreme dick swaying and pure violence, gore, bloods splattered through the pages courtesy of the late Steve Dillon's masterful clean fluid strokes.
I laughed so loud when Jesse was brought to meet up with the Messiah. In the graphic novel, Herr Starr found out that he is working with an organisation that wants to put literally an idiot to be savior of the world. He paid the price when Humperdoo threw his shit to him.
The fight choreography in season 2 are designed cosmetically nicer too.
With Tulip is shot dead, Jesse and Cass brought her dead body to see Jessie's grandma and his nutcase cousins.....oh man....so Season 3 will be focusing on the Until the end of the world arc. Oh yea!!!!
