Music
someone asked me - what are my playlist when im in the creative mode.
Answer - there are tons of eclectic music, most of the time, it must be groovy, from Mozart, Chopin to David Bowie to Dire Straits and to Pacific Air. But lately i have dedicated a playlist that features amazing remix, seriously i need to know what they are smoking coz i do need to try it.
within 3 minutes, their mix is simply is beautiful, nothing less and nothing more. The elements just amplify the senses and it's simply suggestive. No flat surface but layers and layers of sensory gifts. Here's a few. For a start - Matoma seriously hit the right spot, not anybody can mix Notorious BIG and the bad boys of NWA together.
Next we have MOWE - with this wonderful remix of the beautiful Nina Simone, seriously this track complements a long drive after a meeting, closing a good day.
and yes, i need to include this Gostan by Klanga. The original was catchy enough to warrant a repetitive listening but this guy made it addictive.
God bless you guys. Listening these tracks at 3 in the cold breezy morning, with cigarette on the mouth, brewed coffee and treating materials for my new projects made it heavenly!!!!!!and yes, whoever need to be my muse must be able to move accordingly to these heavenly work.
