BVS : The Ultimate Cut

finally got my hands on the Batman Vs Superman : The Ultimate Cut. Mind you, i was pretty satisfied when i first watched it, but tons of fans go against it. First - im a huge Superman fan and this is way way better than Man of Steel.





Clocking in massive 181 minutes - this is one heavy meal. Apparently alot of people changed their mind after they saw this. Mind you, when it was released, the studio butchered 30 mins, the 30 minutes featured
1. Supes motivation of why he wants to whoop Batman's ass
2. how Lex's pitt Batsy and Supes.

Supes compassion was highlighted deeper with this version, when he got pissed off, called/ visited his mum - again his mum told him he has nothing to owe to the world and went up to the mountain, seeing Jonathan Kent and talked about the decisions of being a Hero have their pro and cons. Its excellent.

No doubt, i totally understand why audience complaint so much, the theatrical version made everyone confused as the screenplay played so many homages such as Miller's seminal Dark Knight Returns, the brilliant violent Injustice, the Death of Superman arc and yes of course the classic Flashpoint Paradox.

Warner Brothers need to step unto this act, seriously they have so much capability and potential to go head on with Marvel. Enough of the Nolan grimy realistic settings, after giving us preview of Justice League,and now the whole complete rebooted 52 Universe, they do make everyone to see what DC able to offer.

The Final Lesson by Syed Ahmad Jamal

Intro This is will be a long note - edited again thoroughly. Before i begin, this writing will touch on an individual goes by the name of  Syed Ahmad Jamal ( our National Laureate ) who passed away on 2011 and DBKL - stands for Kuala Lumpur Municipal Council. My heart dropped when Syed Ahmad Jamal public sculpture entitled Puncak Purnama ( Lunar Peaks, 1986 ) was destroyed by the local KL municipal council DBKL few days back. DBKL stands for Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur - actually is quite notorious for a list of bad PR moves by cutting off trees, blocking the Pertiwi Soup Kitchen ( which been feeding the homeless ), their zealous traffic summons - but seriously they broke the camel's back by destroying the modernist, geometrical - clean cut sculpture. The Battle of Non Permission This sculpture was highlighted in  2010 as "someone" decided to pimp it up, changing it's appearance without Syed Ahmad Jamal's permission.This is how it looks like......
