Do Good Phase 2 - H3R0 returns


It's been a year, i took a complete break dealing with any activities related to film, i realized i need to do a closure chapter for H3R0. Entitled H3R0: Epilogue, it will be screened and go for a tour in selective outdoor venues. I love wide open spaces plus i want audiences who will attend this will be "awed".

Spectacle.

Myself and Hasnul discussed about this when we finished a session of Ziarah Kembali H3R0 : where he did a public talk in Penang, performed 2 awesome songs entitled Demi Masa and Setiap Sekarang. So i figure out that i need to do another chapter to sum this up.

Both myself and Hasnul ( the writer ) experienced so much turmoil and dramatic consequences after completing H3R0. SO MUCH. But this experience left us, shaped us to be where we are now - today. So this piece is like a revisiting familiar ground and putting some cheery notes in it.

In the end of the day, all things happened is for good reasons.

And it's all GOOD.

The Final Lesson by Syed Ahmad Jamal

Intro This is will be a long note - edited again thoroughly. Before i begin, this writing will touch on an individual goes by the name of  Syed Ahmad Jamal ( our National Laureate ) who passed away on 2011 and DBKL - stands for Kuala Lumpur Municipal Council. My heart dropped when Syed Ahmad Jamal public sculpture entitled Puncak Purnama ( Lunar Peaks, 1986 ) was destroyed by the local KL municipal council DBKL few days back. DBKL stands for Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur - actually is quite notorious for a list of bad PR moves by cutting off trees, blocking the Pertiwi Soup Kitchen ( which been feeding the homeless ), their zealous traffic summons - but seriously they broke the camel's back by destroying the modernist, geometrical - clean cut sculpture. The Battle of Non Permission This sculpture was highlighted in  2010 as "someone" decided to pimp it up, changing it's appearance without Syed Ahmad Jamal's permission.This is how it looks like......
