Hasnul with his ever expanding energy welcomes me to do this film. we managed to scramble into his dad's former school and got several good shots before the teachers asked us to leave. I didnt have the opportunity to attend Hasnul's class as i was in the finals and he just stepped into USM in 2003, we met again in 2011.I'm glad to say that we shared similar ideals and visions. marking the shots. the talents / cousins who helps us to carry the H3R0 - from left Zharif, Adeela ( Delly ) and Ainina.They just finished a torturous rain scene.  Hasnul explaining the next location. with my trusted padawans Hafiz ( in red Liverpool ) and Meor ( green ) and with Hasnul ( in white ) calculating his budget for the next scene. I read Hasnul's post " Bapak Saya - Hero Saya", i immediately identified it as an awesome material and have tons of potential to be as a short film. Not many people write about their parents . Most people i observed dont talk about their parents. I dont have any intentions to submit this short film to any competition, i consider it as a personal gift for Hasnul and his family.This short film went to several re-cuts, the screenplay gone to several re-writes and requires several re-shoots.With my trusted padawans, we managed to step into the legendary reclining water tower in Teluk Intan.

Happened before the missing flight MH370, my country did something funny again. A magazine about Ultraman is being banned as the magazine contained a word "Allah". They cant find the publisher and few days later, the whole world focus their attention to my country again as Boeing goes missing for 14 days. I googled the name of the publisher and it's called RESIGN publications. been contributing lately to Rakyat Times.

To celebrate my great forced escape from an education institution which is politicized to its very core, i decide to upload few of my fav short films in my youtube channels that features collaborations with my promising padawans. Below is one of my earliest short, done in late 2011,featuring my talented film students who happened to gobble up everything i can offer and i really hope and pray that they will be successful when they finish their studies. 455 Days is about what you can DO to your COUNTRY not asking what your country CAN do for you.
