its interesting to see how Warner Brothers market Blade Runner 2049. Rather than giving us repeated cuts of trailers and yes the annoying teaser trailer, they produced 3 short films to present us what happened before we see Blade Runner 20149. Blade Runner 2036 : Nexus Dawn - we are introduced to  Niander Wallace played by Jared Leto. Wallace introduces a new line of “perfected” replicants called the Nexus 9, seeking to get the prohibition on replicants repealed after Nexus 8 replicants goes all out to create a worldwide blackout - see Blade Runner 2022.  Second, Blade Runner 2048 : Nowhere to Run, we are introduced to Sapper ( played by Dave Bautista ) and finally we have the Manga driven piece entitled Blade Runner 2022 : Blackout. Cool eh. ( p/s - extend your prayers and wishes for my niece's cat named Charlie for a safe journey home as he was abducted by idiots yesterday )

apparently Charlie the Cat ( my nephew ) is missing since yesterday. Bet he got abducted by someone as he knows when to come back. Anyone who is reading this - send awesome prayers, doa ,wishes and energy for him to come back home ok. My niece found him in the dustbin, brought him back home Raya last year, so he got tons of love, attention and care - he grew up and fit nicely to the family. someone asked me - how you keep in track of what im doing. I replied - i dont know. As usual when the year is ending - people will do all sorts of list ( New Year Resolution ) and other declarations. But again, let me share you whatever im doing. I always refer to Maslow's hierachy. Most city folks now is suffering - with high inflation rates, we experiencing this "urban poor" epidemic, where people stretching their dollars to the thinnest limits. Lets see the most basic need first Food is the main motivation for survival. If nak do good - donate rice ( beras ) or oil. Its essential. Not instant noodles ok. In the areas of safety - is our environment healthy enough? Parents now are even afraid of letting their kids wander out alone. Traffic jams everywhere, people chasing time like mad scientists, double parking and whatever idiotic acts - the problem is we always lose to time . Urban poor scenario - imagine 7 people living in 600 sq foot of flat. 7 mo...

decided to check out new characters for The Last Jedi, the new Imperial Royal Guard, named Royal-Praetorian looks like my mom's Tuppperware. after so many directors got fired - replaced halfway, glad to know Rian Johnson able to finish The Last Jedi without any drama and they got Abrams to conclude the trilogy. ( Rogue 1 was manhandled ) JJ is a  safe bet. ( cant complaint as there are so many watchdogs, share-holders to please for Star Wars properties. )

when Star Wars belongs to Lucasfilm - we have Hasbro distribute them, we have brilliantly sculpted, articulated 3 quarter figs. It costs around 40 bucks....well when it was released, it may sound pricey...but hey - with all the stuffs they put unto them - no complaints from me. Take a look at the Black Series Luke. and this Luke fits nicely to the newer sculpted Taun-Taun. Then Disney took over Lucasfilm and the ringgit took a tumble. Star Wars figures now have limited articulations - yes badly painted and sculpted figs.Costs around 60 bucks. That is easily increase of 20% higher price - lower quality. you know something is not right when a toy can pay for 3 decent individual meal. 

Kingsmen 2 is like having 4 triple Big Mac, 2 jugs of Pepsi and 3 Mcflurry while listening to Elton John's Rocket Man.
