St Octave - rejected angel musician from the gates from heaven - 2009. Why i need to upload this painting? It was drawn behind a Jack Daniels banner, took me couple of days to finish it. At first all my pals thought im joking when i told them that i want to submit this for a painting competition in Penang. No shit!!! So my pal Bobby took his time and asked my fellow angel pal Zoffy put a fishing string so people can hang it on the wall. St Octave and Bobby 2009 I won something. Ok, but what makes it so special is, i came back to Penang and one of the juries who loved it goes by the name of Ismail Hashim. Fondly known as Pak Mail - he is a photographer with witty sense of humor. He digs this and loves the expressions in this painting. He passed away in a motorbike accident. God bless you Pak Mail.
